Interactive system in healthcare facilities, from 2006

The device shows photos and plays songs of health care facilities residents in an interactive and organized way, using techniques for person identification showing selected photos depending on who is near by the screen. This work, from a metaphoric point of view, creates an extension of the personal photo album in a shared environment where residents learn about each other.

The firsts prototypes were built in 2006 for Maedo + Associates, architecture firm, different versions were tested in facilities in California and afterward in Italy.
